Terms & Conditions for the FRANC2026 Event platform

 

 

I herewith give my consent that the Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH and the Fresenius Kabi AG publish my name, information from my Curriculum Vitae or Short Biography and photos and video recordings, that were sent or taken of me or by myself in preparation, on or for the occasion a of the FRANC PEDIATRICS 2026 in unaltered or modified form for the following “Communication channels”:


  • Fresenius internal communication channels (e.g., intranet news or content published on Fresenius’ intranet platforms, employee magazines, material used for internal events, print or training material).
  • External communication channels (e.g., press articles given to online and print media, news or content published on Fresenius’ websites, material used for external events, print material).
  • Social Media (e.g., Corporate communication channels on Facebook, Twitter, Weibo, Instagram and/or YouTube).

 

The material will be published on the above communication channels for the purpose of:

  • Promoting events, products or services
  • Creating and publishing testimonials
  • Internal information sharing, including knowledge sharing, organizational affiliation, improved internal connectivity and networking, easier identification of relevant contact persons, and the introduction of new employees 

 

I am aware that I do not receive any remuneration for publication. I also do not derive any other rights from this agreement.

 

Fresenius Kabi is not liable for any use of the material by third parties for purposes beyond those described above, without the knowledge of Fresenius Kabi, including, but not limited to, downloading content from the Communication Channels and/or copying photos or (video) recordings. 

 

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a notice to the following address: Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH, Else-Kroener-Strasse 1, 61352 Bad Homburg, Germany or via email:  franc@fresenius-kabi.com


In the event of a withdrawal, Fresenius will remove or will have removed the used Material from the respective communications channels within two weeks. I am aware that Fresenius cannot guarantee the complete removal of the Material from the internet and the social media channels, as information posted there, including photographs, can easily be copied and distributed, or captured by specialized archiving services whose purpose is to permanently document the state of certain websites on specific dates and which are not subject to the influence of Fresenius. Furthermore, I am aware of the possibility that my data may also be processed in countries which are not subject to European data protection laws. Therefore, in the event of a withdrawal of my consent, a complete deletion of all data stored at the particular provider cannot always be guaranteed respectively the Material may remain stored beyond the period of two weeks after withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.


Any use of the Material for purposes other than those described above and outside of the Communications Channels confirmed in this declaration requires my prior separate written consent. I may refuse providing such additional consent without specifying reasons and without any personal consequences.


Processing of Survey Data



By completing the survey, I acknowledge that the survey responses are part of the event participation process. In addition, I consent that Fresenius Kabi may collect, process, evaluate, and use all data I provide in the survey for the following purposes:

  • Enrichment and refinement of congress and event content, including identification of relevant focus areas and development of scientific, educational or thematic materials.
  • Analysis, evaluation and generation of insights, case studies and trend assessments to support scientific, strategic or organizational decision‑making and continuous improvement of future events.
  • Sharing of aggregated and relevant survey outcomes with internal counterparts and local affiliates of Fresenius Kabi, exclusively for purposes aligned with event planning, scientific collaboration, internal reporting and organizational coordination.

All survey data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and Fresenius Kabi’s internal data protection policies, including rules governing international transfers of personal data, storage periods, data security and access limitations.

 

I may withdraw my consent at any time with effect for the future without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
